Aaron Ramirez on Facebook
I experienced my first contact with an illegal alien life form when Idaho DREAM Activist Aaron Ramirez sent me a personal message on Facebook criticizing me for posting "hateful comments urging people to deport immigrants" on a Facebook page he created to promote the Idaho DREAM Act. At the time I was campaigning against an Oregon bill that would give some illegal aliens like Ramirez in state tuition. Ramirez said that people like me prevent "bright students" from achieving "amazing things" before calling my comments "discriminatory and offensive" remarks that are no "helping anyone", wishing me a nice day, and signing the message as "undocumented and unafraid".
I responded to Aaron's criticism by making it clear that I do not hate immigrants, but I don't think illegal aliens should get in state tuition either because there are plenty of regular aliens who deserve a tuition break more. I also explained that IllegalAlienReport.com is open to all sides of the immigration debate before inviting him to tell his story by writing an illegal alien report about himself.
Ramirez responded by calling IllegalAlienReport.com one sided "hitlist system" and a "horrible scary website" that he wanted nothing to do with. He also said that he already told his "side of the story to a few newspapers and radio stations" and did not need to use IllegalAlienReport.com to tell it. He also told me to use the term "undocumented" instead of "alien" because "alien" is offensive and to clarify what I meant by "regular alien". I explained that a regular alien is the opposite of an illegal alien and the term "illegal alien" is more accurate than "undocumented immigrant" because all illegal immigrants are illegal aliens, but not all aliens are immigrants. To back up my position I gave examples of non-immigrant aliens like spies and tourists.
Eventually we agreed to disagree, but not before Aaron discussed his experience with attempts to deport him. He said that he had been reported to ICE and "ICE never came, but because I have strong connections (Friends) with local police enforcements, they just talked to me and told me to be careful, but they didn't want to arrest me or deport me or anything for that matter. So I have nothing to worry about in my area".
I haven't heard from him for a couple weeks, but I might contact him when my friend finishes building a rant and rave site. He probably would find an immigration section of a site dedicated to posting opinions in general more welcoming than this one.
Since he said he had done TV and radio appearances I did a Google search for his name along with "dream act", "Idaho", and a couple other keywords with the hope of finding an article to reference with this report. I did not find any, so I'm not 100% sure of his name or immigration status. He could just be a prankster, using a pen name, or maybe the stations he appeared on just did not publish print versions of his story.

To The Family Lawyer: Follow the record removal policy and if the your client is found to be or have ever been undocumented then unfortunately he will remain documented on this website. We cannot delete a report just because someone says the subject is under 18 and although posting information about people under 18 would violate the Terms of Use (TOU) under normal circumstances it does not in this case. It does not because IAR reserves the right not to enforce its TOU for any reason whatsoever and due to the mouth on this one he will remain here regardless of age.

In the end he resorted to pathetic attempts to make IAR think it may have done something wrong by telling us that we "do not have written permission from my parents to be contacting me nor be posting such interview with me online" and attempting to shift the burden of proof away from himself by telling us to "Get some sort of legal document to contact me, and to ask me for my documents then try again. Once again, these messages are being sent to the family lawyer."

Then he said "You have no written permission to be contacting me and doing so will go against you. Do things legally before you get into a deeper hole." Do you mean do things legally like ask for permission before setting foot in other peoples countries? He then said of this report that "such document on the internet does not bother me nor will it ever affect me but it would be courteous of you to knock it down." It would be courteous of him to allow us to remove this report in good faith be contacting the government and requesting a check of his immigration status.

He then falsely accused IAR of asking him for legal documents by stating "You are not allowed to ask me for legal documents unless you can provide me legal documents stating that you have such permission." To which we would have explained had he not deleted his account that we don't request documents, but he would have to contact law enforcement and request a check of his immigration status. To get the report removed an email from a verifiable .gov address must state that he is not and has never been an illegal alien. If results indicate legalization his pic will get a legalized green stamp.

IAR also informed the alien that there is no such thing as temporary citizenship. He responded with an explanation that didn't make sense stating "Temporary citizenship does exist and you get them in very rare conditions, my case was perfect grades and offers from prestigious colleges. It might take a year to go from temporary to actual citizenship". He must have been thinking of residency since there is no such thing as temporary citizenship, but there is temporary residency that can be granted to illegal aliens in rare circumstances.

New messages from the alien included: "it is illegal to publish anything about anyone under 18 years old especially when they are not made aware of it, that is the reason why non of my articles were made to my name and why I used a fake name on the radio interviews" and "my lawyer got me a temporary citizenship and on my way to permanent" before ending with "This is a fair warning to remove the published article as it was not authorized and I am an underage minor." IAR responded to these false accusations of illegalness by insisting that he prove his age and immigration status.

Aaron Ramirez is not happy with this report and has recently sent Illegal Alien Report several Facebook messages in a failed attempt to intimidate the site into removing it. This is most likely due to its Google performance for his name and state. Illegal Alien Report tried responding to his latest series of false accusations, but received an error when hitting the reply button after which we noticed that his Facebook profile was deleted.
