Creepy, overweight, and bald 51 year old illegal alien Juan Velasques was arrested in October for fondling little girls ages 12 and 14 in Mandeville, Louisiana. He tried to lure the girls into his apartment with cat calls using words like "queen" and "princess" before kissing and fondling them. When the girls told their mother she called the police and he was arrested for sexual assaults.
