This here illegal alien callen himself will be eating up my federal taxes for 12 years cause he ain't never get the point that he ain't welcome around here, Alabama, or Arizona. The boy been told at least once by Arizona to go back to Mexico, but then went to Texas, came back, got sent back, came, got sent back, and did it so much that finally when they rounded him up in Alabama the judge decided that cause he been sent back and kept coming back to just lock him up here cause if he were sent back he it wouldn't do nothing cuase he just comes back whenvever he wants anyway.

They also said he been smuggled drug most of those times and got other charges besides repeat border trespass and drug stuff. Said his name is Luis Ernesto Hernandez-Arellano, but calls himself Carlos Cortez.
