His official name is Jose Javier malpica but has recently changed name to Jose perez. He has a fake social security card, and numerous other doctored documents ( birth certificate, papers). He is committing fraud by collecting tax refunds with doctored papers. And employed illegally. He misuses illegally obtained government funds and assistance. He has direct access to drugs, constant supply. He is in direct contact with drug dealers and smugglers in San Diego, Venezuela, Dominican republic. He will run if approached by immigration authorities. I know for a fact 100% he has a fake social security card, papers. I have seen them and he brags about having them and how much he paid for them. His address is 2840 caulfied dr San Diego,CA 92154 and the home phone is 619-628-0408. He is Venezuelan, 5'9", heavy set 220lbs, short shaved head nearly bald, short trimmed beard, Medium skin complexion, on the lighter side. Always wears short, and flip flops. He drives a blue jeep Cherokee with big chrome rims.
