Jose Luis Arevalo and 2 other wimps hurt my business by kidnapping Gert Boyle on November 10, 2010. The kidnapping became breaking news on what was a slow news day and resulted in the bumping of an interview featuring my associate that KOIN TV had taped that afternoon to promote a new website desperately in need of launch publicity to recruit users. KOIN TV was the only local station that expressed interest in the site and after he got bumped we stopped promoting the website, went back to the drawing board, and re-released it a few months later. Muchas gracias Jose.

Immediately after ruining our launch ICE put immigration holds on Arevalo as well as his two associates Ramon Alberto Mindence and Nestor Gabriel Caballero Gutierrez. After an investigation ICE removed the immigration holds on the other two after determining that they were in the country legally, but a hold remains on Arevalo indicating that he is an illegal alien who had just as much right to be in this in this country as he did to be in Gert Boyle's house.

Originally from Guatemala the exact date when Jose Luis Arevalo broke into America to start his criminal career has gone undocumented in the media. At the same time his incursion into Gert Boyle's West Linn home has been well documented because as the owner of Columbia Sportswear she is one of the most famous women in Oregon and she already had pre-existing reputation as a tough mother, but Jose and his amigos already knew that. The three stooges targeted her because they thought it would make them rich, but instead it made them the only three grown men I've ever heard of to have their home invasion robbery foiled by an 86 year old woman and labeled as nothing more than a "lame brain" plot by Judge Robert Herndon. The critical decision point for Boyle came when she told the three stooges that she needed to turn off the burglar alarm, but hit the panic button instead.

Eventually the three stooges all plead guilty to various offenses including kidnapping, burglary, and robbery. The so called mastermind of the plot got Nestor Gabriel Caballero Gutierrez got 14.5 years in prison, Ramon Alberto Midence got 9.5 years, and the illegal alien Jose Luis Arevalo got six years of free housing, medical care, clothing, and food paid for with my tax dollars. Upon release Arevalo should be deported, but will probably be let back out on the street.

Boyle ended up putting her home up for sale because she no longer feels safe there. Apparently even the toughest of people have their breaking points. Personally I think she should move back in, stand her ground, and take her life back.

My associate returned to KOIN TV in April and got CyberbullyingReport.com on the air, but as part of a story about another site of his. Had his first story not been bumped it would have been the third site of his featured on the news exclusively within just 1 month of launch in his first 2 years as a web developer.
