Jose Oviedo voluntarily deported himself after raping a 5 year old girl in Indiana and giving her herpes, but because of he is a child molester federal authorities tracked him down in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. With the help of Mexican authorities they brought him back against his will to stand trial for the rape of his girlfriend's daughter. His girlfriend Crystal Newton was also arrested for lying to police and helping Jose evade arrest.

Now Jose is here legally locked up at the New Castle Correctional Facility serving two 30 year sentences for child molestation. His projected release date is 09/26/2023 when he should be stripped of any legal status he may have and deported, but will most likely be on parole and required to attend sex offender treatment classes.
