A black lab name Mitzy sniffed out three Arabs trying to skive their way to Northamptonshire disguised as boxes of cigarette papers in a lorry. You would think with 29,000 dodgy foreigners rounded up last year they would not fancy England so much, but there are still so many fooling about that an immigration cap is needed.
