Pedro Delgado-Lopez is an illegal alien who was convicted of raping two women in May of 2011. He was sentenced to 19 years in prison and is currently being housed at the Multnomah County Justice Center awaiting transfer to a state correctional facility. Prosecutors said that they will try to have him deported to Mexico when his sentence is served.

According to media reports one of the rapes took place near the corner of Northeast 223rd and Glisan where he followed a woman as she walked down the sidewalk, pushed her into some blackberry bushes, and raped her. After getting arrested police matched his DNA to the 2009 rape of a drunk woman.
