Illegal Aliwn Fugitive Male Mexican AGE: 32 Name: Arturo Suarez Montijo
180-200LBS Male with light to dark brown hair sometimes shaved head. Green eyes and speaks Spanish Only.
Was caught in Tucson AZ in February by DPS in Traffic stop. Was deported and came back illegally in 2010. Is now living and selling Cocaine and Bud Light Stolen 30 pack of beer after hours of cut off time of 2:00 a.m.
Individual is living in rear aluminum shed of the trailer lot #25 of fontana trailer park. **Caution** Yard has two medium small/mdm dogs in yard.
No known weapons in the home. Individual is selling alcohol that 30 packs of bud light that is stolen from local beer runs, circle ks, and quick marts.
Approach with caution. Individual is and does not know I have been under survellance of him and have 100% proof arturo suarez is selling cocaine and bud light beers after hours, have proof of traffic at all hours of day, no foot traffic, and is very cautious when selling to new customers.
Individual is from Magdalena Mexico, was deported and returned in 2010.
Holds warrant and ticket out of Tucson Superior Court, does no have Vis and or passport/papers.
