If you have technical questions please see Technical Support before contacting us.
If you have questions about user generated content (UGC) you are required to contact
the user responsible for the content to address any issues you have with it before
contacting us. Failure to contact the user first will most likely result in a you
receiving a standard response from us instructing you to contact the user. You can
review our full Reputation Management Program
for more information.
DO NOT Send Us Information That Should Be Reported To Law Enforcement
We have gotten a number of emails from visitors
in the United States containing information
that should have either been reported directly to
Immigration and Customs Enforcement
(ICE),
Customs and Border Protection (CBP), or possibly forwarded to them anonymously
using the
Report Illegals Service. Illegal Alien Report is a publishing service
that should only be used to post reports of crimes in progress if law enforcement
is determined by you to be inadequate. We do not act as an intermediary, but our
Directory of Immigration and Border Security Resources may be useful to you for locating the right agencies depending
on what country you are in.
Please DO NOT Send Us Information That You Want Published
The Illegal Alien Report publishing service exists for you to publish
reports on
illegal alien activity yourself, voice your opinion on the issues, and comment on
what others have written. We appreciate tips about stories in the media that are
interesting, but as a volunteer service we would prefer that you take a few minutes
to write the report yourself using the Report Illegal Alien Activity Form.

Contact Us By Electronic Mail
Contact Us By Standard U.S. Mail
Contacting us by standard mail is not encouraged and should only be done if it is absolutely
necessary to send a physical item the contents of which cannot be sent electronically.
We do not accept certified mail.
All mail must be sent to:
IllegalAlienReport.com
P.O. Box 86448
Portland, Oregon 97286
*Please note that the contents of the post office box are processed on a monthly
basis and any documents involving timelines require a minimum of 30 days notice.
This is largely due to prior commitments to high priority activities that require
a large scale commitment of time for which the importance of such activities far
exceed the engagement in inefficient activities to accommodate the burden created
by the technological obsolescence of standard mail as a means of communication.
