Do Illegal Aliens Deserve In State Tuition at State Colleges

Today the state of Maryland decided to give in state tuition to illegal aliens provided that they have been violating immigration laws for at least a few years, their parents pay taxes there, and they agree to seek citizenship within 30 days. By giving people who have no legal right to be on campus in the first place in state tuition they make it easier for an illegal alien to attend Maryland universities than native born out of state and regular alien students who are not breaking the law in an effort to compete with citizens of Maryland in the classroom.

Do you think that illegal aliens deserve an in state tuition break while out of state American and legal foreign students struggle to pay out of state tuition?

Maryland has not allowed to give illegal alien IST. It all goes to a vote in NOV and the citizens of that state will decide, does not look good for the illegals.	5/7/2012	spytheweb

We got it on referendum.. We received more than 132000 signatures.. only 55,000 were needed. The dream act bill will be on the november 2012 ballot to allow the voters to decide if they want to pay for this not so dream to taxpayer bill..	7/2/2011	amdactivist
@Wilson - An electrified fence is a great idea in theory so long as the voltage is just enough to make climbing it impossible, touching it painful, and not so much that it kills people. I don't think it would work in real life though due to energy costs unless we built a new dam, windmills, solar panels, or a nuclear power plant just to power the fence all of which would be horribly expensive. I think a giant stone wall like the one in China, but taller with a deep salt water moat filled with non-lethal stinging jellyfish would do the trick.	6/26/2011	IllegalAlienReport.com
I agree with rasputinbear! Build a bigass electrified fence, and gather them all up and ship them back at Mexico's expense,(yea we give mexico money) didn't you know that? Turn on the fence...Problem solved. Also, put an end to any kind of tax breaks for those corporations who send goods to be made in mexico and then brought back here to sell. Obama is sending this country down the dumper, and isn't sealing the border like it should have been a long time ago, because every mexican that comes in becomes one more future voter...hell, send obama back on the same bus with them!! Illegal aliens are illegal.. they deserve to be deported ONLY. I don't even believe they deserve medical care if they came here illegally. Even if they are dying and spouting blood like a waterfall I wouldn't even give em a band aid before i had em in the back of a garbage truck . Bag em up and send em home dead or alive .. if we keep helping them , they will keep coming . we need to show we are not messing around anymore .	5/7/2011	rasputinbear
Personally I am against giving illegal aliens in state tuition for three very good reasons. 1. Illegal aliens have no right on campus in the first place let alone a tuition break. 2. Allowing illegal aliens to attend college is bad for America because they take up seats that rightfully belong to Americans at the expense of native born citizens. 3. Each time an illegal alien graduates it increases the amount of competition I will have to face when applying for graduate school.
