Reputation Management Program
*NEW Illegal Alien Report is now part of the No Limit List Corporate Advocacy Program (NLLCAP).
If you believe that an Illegal Alien Report is in violation of the Terms of Use or the sites Mandatory Rules you can have it removed from our database by following these easy steps.
- Take the time to learn what Illegal Alien Report is and how it operates. Illegal
Alien Report is an event based real time business intelligence system that services
a network of online users. Users who sign up for a free membership can use the service in
accordance with the terms they agree to at sign up. They can then publish reports
just as easily as you can post personal ads and comment on
about reports just as easily as you can post comments on a friend’s Facebook wall.
The site itself is a automated program that stores and distributes information 24
hours a day and is administered using a decentralized command structure in which
each member operates as an independent unit in full control of their activities.
A member can only be suspended if found to be in violation of the website
Terms of Use (TOU).
- Ask yourself, is the information posted in such a way that a reasonable person could
believe it to be true? If the answer is no contact us
and if we believe that no reasonable person could possible believe the information
reported then it will be removed as soon as it is convenient to do so. If the information
is presented in a way that a reasonable person could believe it to be true continue
to step 3.
- Go to the International Illegal Alien Activity and Border Security Threat Tracking System
and find the report in question. This can be done easily using the search engine feature
for the database located above the data grid. The search engine allows
you to query the list by category, country, state, city, and keyword. After hitting search
you will get the results (if any) of your query. You can also sort the data in the
grid by clicking on the column headers and see different pages using the paging
controls at the top and bottom of the grid. Click on the Details Link to view the
profile in details
- Post a comment about the report. This can be done easily by scrolling down to the
bottom of the details view just below the video field (if one exists). If logged
in you will see a text box underneath any existing comments for posting a new comment.
When the comment is posted it will immediately appear at the top of the comment
grid. This comment system is designed to encourage an open dialog about reports
and to provide people and businesses listed with a place to express their side of
the story.
-
Contact the publisher. All reports require that the publisher
be a registered member of IllegalAlienReport.com. At the top of the report beneath the
"Report Number" you will see "Reported By" followed by the user name of the
publisher. Click on the user name and you will be linked to the Member Information
Page that contains information for contacting the publisher. If your attempt to
contact the publisher is unsuccessful because the email address provided does not exists
contact us. If we determine that the user
signed up with a fake email address that user would have already violated the Terms of Use (TOU) when they signed up by providing
false information. Accounts found to be in violation of the
TOU will be suspened. All comments and postings of a suspended account will
be blocked from view with all infomation about the user of the suspended account
including I.P. addresses used by that user will be provided to anyone listed by
that user upon request. This same rule applies to unauthorized use of someone elses
email address if we receive a reply that they did not create that account. If the
users email address is valid then proceed to step 6.
- Are you the subject of the report? If not your role in the record removal process
is over. Please do not email us with personal stories regarding the subject(s) of the
report (ex: "I've known subject X for Y amount of years and he/she is not an alien").
We do not know them personally and cannot pass judgment on their character. If the
report is about you proceed to step 7.
- Answer the question:
Are you or have you ever been an illegal alien?
If you answer yes and you are still in a country illegally there are several things
you can do. You can apply for a visa, try to become a citizen, turn yourself in
to authorities, or go home. Being in someone elses country without permission is
not neighborly, but depending on what country you are in it may not be too difficult
to get permission and be (excuse the pun) "forgiven for your sins" sort of speak.
We have an ever growing Directory of Immigration Resources with links to immigration lawyers and government resources that may be of some use
to you.
If your answer is yes and you have returned to your homeland please contact the publisher
with any removal or status update requests. We do not remove reports of the deported
due to high rates of recidivism and people who currently have visas letting them expire without renewing them or going home.
If your answer is no proceed to step 8.
- If you cannot resolve the dispute with the publisher we have two easy ways that
you can use to get the report removed for free.
- If you are accused of being an illegal alien contact a law enforcement agency in
the country where you have been reported as being an illegal alien, request a check
of your immigration status, and have a copy of the results sent to us via email.
If you are a business accused of hiring illegal aliens contact a law enforcement
agency, request that they check the immigration status of every employee at your
company, terminate any employee who refuses to submit to an immigration status check,
and have the results along a statement that you have never employed an illegal alien
sent to us via email. The email address must contain the domain name of an official
website run by the agency for verification purposes.
- Follow the instructions above and have your clean immigration history report mailed
to:
IAR: Immigration Control and Border Security Services
P.O. box 86448
Portland, OR 97286
DO NOT SEND SENSITIVE DOCUMENTS
Documents such as passports, birth certificates, and social security cards should
not be mailed to anyone for any reason. We are not looking for information that
could be used for the purpose of identity theft by the wrong people.
When a report if found to have been created in violation of the
Terms of Use it will be removed and all information we have about the creator
will be released.
